Well organised, safe & had what I wanted, when I wanted it. New bed for the dog
They have an extensive selection of products and the staff are helpful if asked. My gripe is with their loyalty program: You get a one off discount purchase after signing up. I kept going back to check for stock availability but none until, coincidentally!, just after my voucher expired they suddenly had my product in stock. Unfortunately the staff seemed not to have any authority to allow the discount under the circumstances. Left me feeling ripped off.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
