Recent visits have been a waste of time due to items being out of stock. This may be a national issue rather than poor stock control and replenishment. Shame home delivery isn't an option unless a high amount is spent, especially for heavy items. Has loyalty card scheme and regularly sends vouchers, however maybe the vouchers could be for items that are bought regularly, I should think this information could be gained using the data from loyalty card.

How is this place still allowed to keep certain animals they have no knowledge what's so ever about, I don't know.
I used to shop here for my dog and chinchillas but after seeing how the chin's are kept, I refuse point blankly to shop in any Pets at Home store!!
A very lengthy email sent to the CEO, but like any large company like this, all they see is pound signs

Nice size shop with a bit of everything for almost all your pets. Friendly/knowledgeable staff can be a bit hit and miss as they don't seem to stay very long.

Quality stuff but can be found cheaper online, sizes of harnesses doesnt match the guides given.

Love pets at home.. Great selection of food and toys.. Brilliant groom room.. Friendly and helpful staff... Best of all can take my dog shopping in store with me...
