Very friendly staff and can find most what i need fir my pet, reasonable prices esp for vet services.

I'm a regular at P4H as I have 5 dogs. It's handy for when I've not ordered earlier enough for a big bag of dry food but they are a few pounds more expensive.  The deals on offer turn out to cost what you'd usually pay elsewhere so it's not really a deal. Overall, it's handy for everything you need to care for your pet, but you may want to search for online stores selling the same item but cheaper.

Staff are always super friendly and helpful and they have everything we need for our dog and chinchillas.

All the staff need training, I asked a women for help and when I did she was not happy about it and tried to run away and pretend she could not hear me, I then got served by a dumb blonde who had a moody face at checkout and did not even say thank you for my custom, won't be coming back here, staff are very rude and biased

Terrible cleanliness to the store, granted you are allowed to bring in dogs but some dogs were off the lead and just peeing on merchandise and all over the floor. The staff put up wet floor signs instead of cleaning it although the owners at fault should've done it themselves.
