I went in to get a quote about getting a haircut for my little Yorkie. I couldn't believe the price. £38! Nope as much as I adore her, it was far too much. 
I decided to look at the prices of other things in store. Wow talk about expensive. I couldn't believe how expensive some items were. I'm not cheap, but even I wouldn't pay half the prices they were willing to charge. The staff on duty weren't much better either. Standing around not being helpful or simply looking bored. Not a great first time (and possibly last) visit.

Always really helpful staff! I have a VIP card (club card) and you get discounts. I recently got a new little guineapig from there and had a good experience. This is Blossom.

Took our two border collies for a groom today and they came home looking lovely and refreshed after being spoilt by the staff there. Will definitely use The Groom Room again.

A stray mackerel tabby found us on New Year’s Day and  Emma and the girls were totally brilliant. Gave us loads of advice and guidance. Brilliant free parking, great choice of products. Husband fell in love with cat so guess I now have a fur ball son!

Staff are usually pretty helpful. Only three stars however as it's a bit of a rip off. Things are far cheaper online than in this store.
