Awful. From other reviews, seems we might have been unlucky enough to go when certain staff were having a bad day or something. It took an age approx 35 mins) to get anyone to assist us. The girls were friendly enough but didn’t know anything when asked for further information regarding the specific animals there we wanted to look at - “ummm... I don’t know, I’m not sure, I don’t think...”. Extremely rude male colleague prancing and mincing about like it was his name over the door, told us one thing then changed his mind and acted as if we were at fault, and could be heard joking about it/ us to the girls on the tills with a camp laugh thrown in here and there. Just spoke down to us and walked away - would recommend he’s more suited to a career flipping burgers than interacting with customers. Absolutely pathetic and will be making a formal complaint. We went to Purley Way and they were amazing. I am part of a rescue network and I will be telling everyone to stay away from Plough Lane unless they enjoy being snapped at by someone who WRONGLY thinks they have the authority to do so. It actually referred to itself as “the princess” (we heard him making fun of us and saying don’t mess with the princess like it was a threat) - honestly, it looked more like a frog!

Staff friendly and helpful when purchasing a new hamster. Although I'm a very experienced owner, they still take you through everything. Lovely staff member carried my heavy bags to the car for me. Can't fault the staff or store. Lovely place.

Maybe a little low on staff numbers at times but if you can find someone to help they're generally friendly & knowledgeable.  Recommended.

Finally I feel comfortable to let my dog for grooming in a place in London.I visit the place today and the staf was really nice and they groom my dog perfect.I highly recommend they’re service.
