Really brilliant staff who sometimes seem a little bored of their job but after a little bit of banter find it no problem to get into a really nice convo with. Products are pricey but you can bag a good discount or deal if you shop smart

Terrible not allowed into store even as customers were leaving as thier was a que for the till ?? 16 people only 20 allowed in ...so as people were leaving why were people still being kept outside I will never enter this store again  completely ruined the mood ..

Very helpful staff and completely dog friendly. We have also joined their VIP club and get regular discounts which are great.
