Easy parking for disabled, went into set up my new fish tank, lots of fish to choose from either cold water or tropical etc, good quality and reasonable prices, manager was really helpful and knew his stuff.
Tills are a total Shambles! Waited in line for 10 minutes while a cashier dithered around with a single customer unable to work the system. A large line formed behind me, they then realised they should open another till after standing around gossiping. A lady shouted me to come round to the next till only for someone to come round and push infront of me. She told me "oh I'll just serve him first" Me first carrying a single bag of dog food and him with a full trolley. Is there no common sense or etiquette here? Some of us actually have lives, total waste of time. I dumped my dog food and went elsewhere. Staff need training and a manager!
They have been emotionally incredible when i walked in to stop my cats subscription of front line. From reception to the member of staff that helped me threw the tears, my experience was 100%. They were brilliant with sympathy for my loss of my beautiful cat, i got my Bill from the cat protection. It was the best thing i have ever done. He ended his last four years very happy and content.. you go Bill, you deserve every second, every day. We love you
I love visiting Pets At Home, it's one of the shops you can go with your pets, so I love taking my little girl & shopping with her, whatever the occasion, friendly staff, always good quality service,
They ask to many question when i bought live fish. They wouldn't allow me to buy whatever i wanted. I bought many times in different places in wrexham area and it was a pleasent experienced not like Pets At Home I wont come back
Staff are always helpful and friendly. Although stands with products on at the ends of the Isles are a nuisance for wheel chair users.
Mugged by policy and defeated by customer services. On my 2 recent visits and contact with customer service, I have to say my customer experience was very poor. When I first made my purchased on the first visit, the lady on the desk was not the most helpful and certainly not service with a smile. I was purchasing a harness and collar for my puppy and was offered a paper receipt which I declined which I normally do if not required as I have a VIP card to record my purchases. On my return to exchange the illfitting harness dog size guide was useless, when i compared my puppy's size to similar sized adult breeds , I was told that I could not exchange without my receipt, of which I was not provided or advised on purchase!! I asked if they could check my VIP history a service provided by other retailers. Again the staff were unhelpful and not particularly friendly. They eventually volunteered that I could try and contact customer services by phone if I have a VIP card. I then invested over an hour of my life waiting to speak to an agent. Happily when. I did get through, they found my transaction and offered to email my receipt. Great! I provided my email address and waited in anticipation. 2 days later and I am still waiting for my receipt. I now have to decide if I want to invest another hour of my life trying to recover my money. Feeling mugged and defeated

Went again today and was extremely disappointed that yet again the dog bowl outside is still dirty and empty of water. On bonus inside store clean and friendly. Bit come on how difficult is it to clean a water bowl and put fresh water in.
Great selection and much cheaper than online. Everyone is happy!
