Have everything you could ask for, do still sell some unsafe items for hamsters but they seem to be improving on cages fish look amazing and rabbits seem good too. I got 2 hamsters from here on separate accounts both have beautiful personalities once you learn to handle them right
Very good experience today. Placed an order on line to pick up got a txt within 5 mins. Went to pick it up and got there and the staff were really helpful and friendly. They brought the order to the checkout and everything had been picked. Couldn't complain 5* service
Disgusting. Dead fish in all their tanks, all fish look horribly sick. When i told the cashier the poor girl said she was trying to sort it out but the management told her to "leave it for tomorrow" not going back. Do not buy fish here.
What ignorant or just can't be bothered staff. Left waiting around for 20 minutes this morning. Despite asking for assistance twice and being told " be with you in a couple of minutes" No one appeared. Not as if the store was busy, it had about 3 customers in.I gave up and spent my money elsewhere Terrible service and won't be going back.

Mixed bag here. Th place often stinks of dog wee. Some of the staff are great, whilst others are dreadful. Dog grooming here is hit and miss, depending on who is undertaking the task.

I bought 8 fish from them not even a week ago, 5 of them have died and now one of them is really poorly and I’ve had to put it in quarantine, I’m absolutely distraught
