The staff are very nice and very kind. They are happy to help me to understand the pets and share their experiences. My daughter joined meet the pet activity. The staff bring a Genie pig , gecko and dragon to us. We touched and we took photos with them. My daughter also feed the fish with guidance. She is very excited and happy throughout the activities. She got a present at the end of the activity too. Highly recommend everyone to join and visit this shop.
Overall a great Pets at Home, lots of products for various pet types and laid out nicely. Even got an area for pet events including some puppy classes which is a really nice addition that not many pet shops offer. Range of brands is also pretty extensive and staff friendly. Only downside is speed of checkout, only ever seems to be 2 people on tills max and can be waiting a long time sometimes, so wouldn't recommend for a quick in and out stop
The staff were incredibly useful and happy to help. There is a wide variety of options, even beyond your usual pets at home. Everything is incredibly clean. The only negative was that some items were mislabeled price wise.
Really great place for pet clobber. We got everything we needed for our new cat. The app is a great option too.
Today we got to bring home two male long haired Guinea pigs, we got to met Amy who assisted us and was so lovely and chatty. It was our first time going to the store and will be going more often as we also have a 3 year old lion mane rabbit and 2 short haired domestic kittens. Definitely recommend giving the store a visit.
Staff here were brilliant when helping us choose a dog bed. Nothing was too much trouble.
There's definitely a huge variety of pet food, health products, grooming supplies and even accessories and toys for your pets. I would say most is aimed at cats, dogs and small animals such as rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. I definitely recommend it. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the staff are always stood talking to one another and less than happy to help should you need it.
Friendly service...also got a free food pack for my kitten which was unexpected.
Great pet store & vets, being coming here for years. Shop always has a good selection of dog beds, coats, toys, treats, etc, etc. especially around the holidays friendly customer service.
Hit and miss whether you'll get knowledgeable staff for the pet you want to get. What makes this more frustrating is that you may need to wait because some staff members are too scared of the pet you want to purchase so you'll have to wait for someone who isn't to become free. My first experience wasn't great too as the man who had to help me get my rats traumatised one of them into hiding for over a month due to how much chasing he had to do to grab it from its enclosure. The store has a fair selection of items and treats for your pets. Reptile and fish section is lacking as usual in non specialist shops but it's fine for dogs, cats and rodents.
