The problem is that, whilst the assistant is being engaging and talkative with the customer at the till point, everyone else is forced to stand around for ages waiting to be served. 2 problems here, 1 the assistant at the till point didn't call for help soon enough and 2, no one responded when he did. Poor experience generally, wouldn't shop here if there was an alternative
Organised shop and amazing helpful staff. So kind of them they always help me take heavy cat litter to my car too. Cannot fault the customer service. They do great range or toys and food for pets. My favourite place to shop for my cat.
Staff always friendly and helpful. Shop is bright and clean, baring in mind lots of dogs visit. Not always got products in stock which can be a let down when the shelves are empty!
Do not get your dog groomed here, could have done a better job myself, they absolutely butchered her up, they said it was because she had matted bits of fur, instead of being cautious around this and using some scissors, they just totally shaved her. She's a westie and on the face a nice length is usually left but it was super short and completely uneven. She came out looking horrendous, everyone has been commenting, poor thing. You can get much better grooming elsewhere for the same price, they charged £70 honestly should not have paid.
It's absolutely shocking the quality of grooming DO NOT GO THERE My dog absolutely stinks after a full grooming . They are saying that they are using a cheap shampoo to wash them Telling you ! So much money sped for nothing Rubbish
Did not have the full range of sizes of dog beds and a not totally helpful staff member. Hence, four stars, not five.
Big automatic doors and plenty of room to get around with my power chair. Everything is set out well, easily reached and assistants are actually available on the floor to ask questions of. Prices not too bad, good for larger bulk sizes of food, especially for hypoallergenic dog food, which we struggled to get elsewhere. The cashier helped sign us up for an app and we got a discount off the big selection of dog food we were trying. Disabled parking spots available outside, open until later too. Would recommend as helpful and friendly staff.
Feed up of the broken, inadequate shopping trollies . Staff are always very helpful!
Easy to find what I was looking for and quick to pay and leave. Very good. Very nice
