Great service at the vets as always and the walk in dog nail cutting service was a blessing! The girl doing the clipping was very good and helpful whilst our dog was unfortunately very fidgety and wriggly! We but all our dog food and treats here as they have a great selection of all.
Till staff on own, drowning in customers and no support staff to tend to people wanting to purchase pets and in my case wanting worming treatment which is locked away. I noticed two families wanting pets were waiting longer than I was before I left and were struggling to keep excited children engaged whilst waiting for help. Busy store that looks like it is victim to poor management - more staff are needed here.
The staff at the Shirley store were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to choosing a kibble my picky Akita puppy would eat. They took the time to understand her needs and recommended the perfect option. Thanks to their expertise, she's finally eating!
Went to Marshall Lake retail Solhull, Looking to find a new dog crate. Assistant Nicky was very helpful with helping us find right one along with the right size crate mat. He then took it at to our car in pouring rain. Thank you Nicky.

Website said it stocked Dr Johns. They should stock more. We needed the Puppy one but no stock only adult foid. However I do understand not everything can be stocked.
Perfect shop for animal lovers.Inside you can find stuff with smile and help,can do grooming for your lovely dog or cat. You can find Guinea pigs or hamster ,to do happy your children. Outside big parking and all what you want for your animal.
Pets at home is generally a good store for me to purchase all the necessary paraphernalia for our various pets. Although I must admit I tend to avoid this particular store as it never seems to have enough till staff available, which causes long queues at the checkout even at its quieter times.
