I had to bring my very unwell cat to vets4pets inside the store after he was discharged from overnight emergency treatment at out of hours vets.  I was assured I would be able to bring him in for 8.30am but when I arrived I was left standing in the car park with my cat until store opened at 9am despite explaining to the store staff my cat was very unwell and it was an emergency.

Came here looking for a comfortable harness for out dog and I must say the staff were very helpful as I couldn’t find what I needed. Staff managed to size and fit our dog for his harness for us and even gave us 10% off at till. Bonus. Safe to say I think he likes it  would recommend for all pet needs

Ive been having trouble getting rid of fleas on my dog. Today Becky i think helped us in store. I really appreciated her help. I wasn't sure what to buy or where to start. Ive already spent a fortune online. Becky was knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. Oscar the dog is feeling much happier now. Thank you, your advice was much appreciated!

Deputy manager Lauren extremely rude then hung up the phone on me! I called regarding my 87 year old nan buying a product for over £20 and accidentally leaving it at store. After having to repeat myself and answer a million questions I was told there was nothing that can be done. She got aggressive then hung up the phone, as someone in the management team you’d expect would be a lot more professional than Lauren has been today.

I purchased an item online for click and collect on 29/03/24 when I went to the store I purchased a different item and one of the assistants cancelled my online order and I received an email confirming the refund. Now over three weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund, I’ve messaged customer service twice with no response, there customer service is shocking, always check with your bank that they have actually issued a refund.

Bought a lovely fish tank and ornaments, love the design, colour changing and white light settings, the lightning setting is fun for the kids. The dimmer on the white light is good aswell so you can set your tank to your mood

Everything you need but priced are high . You  can get discount vouchers, but then need to spend £30.00 + to benefit!! Think about your customers or they will go somewhere else?

Lovely staff, allowed to my boys in and of course one of them will pee somewhere and lovely staff are brilliant. P.s dog toys are kept really low and my 2 will help thenselves every time

We had booked on to the family activity last Sunday.  Very informal so could ask questions. Learnt about what goes on behind the scenes with the animals as well.  I've been to these events on and off over the last 12 years and the kids always learn a lot.  Also get given a certificate etc. Our multimammate mice loved the box it came in. Four weeks ago we got a rescue dog on a Sunday and we went here with him for a new harness, food and new toys etc. We were helped by the deputy manager who was amazing in what we needed!! He even got our dog a proper harness that was easy to put on and was comfy to wear. He recommended a special dry food that would help our dogs digestive system. His knowledge and customer care went above and beyond. He is a real asset to your company and should be acknowledged for it. The only sad thing is that we didn't get his name at the time.
