Bought a Syrian Hampster from this place 2 weeks ago, and yesterday I took her to vets and they had to put her down, and I spoke to vets and they said she must of been ill for 6 weeks for her to be how like she was! So this place didn’t tell me she was I’ll or anything said she was perfectly fine, well she wasn’t! Don’t buy pets from this place.

Lovely bits and bobs for pets, used to get animal food from here and treats as well as getting a cute, little hamster from here.I find that is fun to just look at the animals with children as well as get treats and toys from here overall would recommend going here to get a pet or things for your pet and isn't too pricey.Love here and will definitely be buying my next pet from here again.

AVOID. Had pleasent enough experience in the past with Pets at Home but my last lot of tropical fish were infected with fin rot and white spot. Lost over half of my existing stock and I've been keeping fish for over 8 years. Worst experience ever. Recommend finding a proper aquatic pet store who specialise in fish keeping and care for their animals.

Just been told animals aren't gotten out to be shown to customers (I wanted to see how my son took to handling a rabbit and a rat) - after I watched the same member of staff get a guinea pig out for a kid only a few years older than mine. 

Youngish lady with dark hair and strong make up.

In general P@H is expensive - you get a much better price and service if you go to Cookes just round the corner. Plus it's a local business and the staff are lovely!
