I ordered online as I'm disabled and spent £35 pound so earned a free delivery they text you when to expect delivery which was less than 48 hours since I ordered also text you on the day with a time slot that's good service to me only problem my delivery came in 2 parts with 2 different  times so that's the downfall but at least I had the time slots and that helps me to plan my day but great if you don't have a car no heavy lifting etc

Some of the staff are lovely and have pets like the pets you get there , I would give 5 stars but for me I feel some members don't really know what's right with the animals

Great place everything under one roof for pets. Dog loves it as he can go in instead of sitting at door

A decent store, but there's a guy who works there with glasses and a beard who closes store early.  He acts like a security guard and lets certain people in, then takes great joy locking door when others want in and watching then near begging be let in as store should be still open.  They need get rid of him,  other staff are nice and friendly

Staff are helpful and will always be there if you need any help. The store has everything you will need for any pet thst you have.
