I went to buy a fish tank and accessories to my nephews . The staff and team here are quite simply amazing .Knowledgeable staff . Good social distancing measure in place .
Staff at Loughborough are always friendly and helpful. In particular Chanel, she is absolutely brilliant. So friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Fantastic asset to the store
The poorest customer service ever! I went to the store to buy hamster to my little girl. It was evening, store was empty. Unfortunately staff was ready to go home and lied to me that they can not sell any pet due to their daily rhythm ? Apparently it was too late for hamsters to change their home and I could only buy them on the morning next day. Also, the man who was speaking with us what highly patronising us. Unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. I will never come back there. If you need anything from pet store, find different one.
We brought a fish tank from here and was unable to buy any fish from them. We tried 3 separate occasions and got given different excuses each time witch made our son upset having an empty fish tank sat at home. We struggled to find staff here and found them to be very rude and unhelpful. Highly recommended not going here and we definitely will not be returning again.
Good quality products. dog friendly. The staff are amazing very helpful and friendly with smiles.
Had dog food on a 6 weekly subscription. You can’t talk to a human, only via their online chat. I would of had a delivery today 22nd but the staff just lie and don’t actually tell you when it’s going to be delivered. Terrible service and I wouldn’t recommend the subscription service or pets at home.
Great place to get your pet supplies, get the loyalty app to receive discounts.
Extremely poor customer service. Waited over an hour to be seen by anyone after constant checking in with staff members. Severely understaffed. Once we finally got hold of somebody, fully regretted even waiting. Consider hiring some more professional members of staff, because patronising customers is incredibly rude.
Found all the pet food we were looking for plus some toys we weren't. Thank you pets at home.
Staff are very friendly apart from 1 male staff.. very arrogant and had attitude.
