Terrible Subscription Service – Wrong Orders and No Real SupportnnI signed up for the Pets at Home subscription service for Ava small dog food 15kg. On my second delivery, I received Catsan cat litter instead. I don’t even own a cat—never mind ordering cat litter!nThere was no way to call Pets at Home directly. I was forced to use their online chatbot, which was frustrating. On two separate occasions, I went through the same process: answering the same questions, sending photos of the incorrect item, and being told it would be resolved.nBoth times I was promised next-day delivery of the correct item. It never arrived.nI eventually went into the store to see if anyone could help. The staff there were lovely and kindly gave me a bag of dog food free of charge, which I was very grateful for—but this should never have been necessary.nWhen I got home, I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund, which was processed within 12 hours.nOverall, I’m disgusted with the service. They take your money, mess up the order, and then make it incredibly difficult to fix their mistake. The lack of proper customer service and the reliance on bots instead of real support is unacceptable.nI won’t be using the subscription service again.nnIf you want good customer service go instore!!!
I would give no stars, but it won't work. My debit card renewed, it didn't update my PayPal in time and stopped my dogs specialist food order. And then locked my account, so couldn't update card or get more food. The chat bot is the biggest load of, wish I could swear.... made me wait 17 minutes, then disconnected because I didn't respond within a few minutes. 4 times this happened. The last time I asked for an email address, as your only contact with pets at home is with that rubbish chat. And MOOBEEN M cut me off immediately, no response what so ever. Only option is to critiise them here and on Facebook.
They put the U in useless. Selling cheap quality toys which are harmful for animals. A so called teething bone for my puppy got successfully chewed by my three month old puppy who weighs less than 1kg. The dog almost died. The squishy toys no longer squeak despite the fact that none are perforated. The company denied responsibility. Stay away please. Unfit for purpose.
Absolute con artists. You can not speak to them at heaf office, its an automated message. They have taken money for my order, 3 months running and not recieved it. I advise all, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CONMEN.
Ordered 48 cans of step up to naturals dog food, nearly all of them turned up damaged. Omg trying to contact company was a nightmare, then on live chat was asked to send photos of all damaged can, well I didn't have all day to spare for that! Customer service phone number given everywhere, just points you in direction of email or live chat, then cuts you off!nHad to put as 1 star to post, but it's no stars from me!
