I enjoy going here and grabbing little things for my dog. I also take him for his grooms to the Groom Room and love the care that they take, he always comes out looking lovely!
Very disappointed to find that their loyalty programme has become elitiest. Accessed the vouchers on my app only to find that a minimum of £90 spend is needed to reclaim the bonus. The very people who need the money off coupons the most could be excluded by lack of funds. Robin Hood in reverse!
The Haverfordwest store is a pleasure to look around. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, kind and exceptional help. I highly recommend this store.
Took my wife here for valentines. Food was dry and no gravy, service was fine but needs a decent chef.
Popped into store to purchase my usual Hen feed two bags of corn and mash,carried these to the till on a crutch.I was confronted by a very unfriendly member of staff who wasnt happy as i had to put the basket back whilst leaving my goods on the counter and then returned to pay for them,incidentally there was no one else waiting to be served.I asked for a receipt and was shouted at that YES I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT!! Apart from the rudeness of the staff,my whole car and food shopping on the way home was covered in black fly,i had to pull all my windows down to drive,once home it was obvious the black fly where from the Hen corn,i opened the bag and it was crawling alive,disgusting..I phoned the manager,explained about the staff member and the corn,i wont be entering that store again..
My friends bought my cat a soto swing, the only problem was, the scratch post, wouldn't fit under the stand, it wasn't any where near it. Who ever made these, need to go back to wood work, as they don't have a clue. So I have to make 2 new holes. So the scratch post can fit, the last picture. Shows how the stand should look like,
Took our 2 Jack Russell puppies in for a harness fitting. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable, especially on food and nutrition. We will use this store for all our dogs needs .
If you think this dog harness is fit for purpose as the manager feels then shop there Wynnstay has much cheaper and better dog food Coast Aquatics now has reptiles as well as fish and is a local business with really impressive advice
