Great staff. Wanted to buy a hamster today, the man was lovely told us all the information we needed helped us get the equipment we needed for the hamster and helped me to the car with all the equipment and hamster! Didn’t get his name but he was amazing, he’s a credit to the shop :
Friendly staff and clean pet shop for your domestic beastie needs! From homes for pets like tanks and hutches to sawdust hay and foods. The store has everything you need with a broad range of food, stock and toys to choose from. Loyalty scheme available, plenty of parking.
I recently had a very disappointing experience purchasing fish from this store.nnI was sold several balloon mollies that were incorrectly identified as female, and was advised that they could be sexed by the dorsal fin, which I now know is incorrect. This resulted in an unsuitable male-to-female ratio in my tank, leading to persistent stress and the loss of five fish.nnDespite returning to the store multiple times for advice and having my water tested which was confirmed as suitable, I continued to receive incorrect guidance/advice.nnThe situation only improved once I separated the male fish, indicating the issue was due to incorrect sexing and advice rather than water quality.nnI have raised this with the store but was told nothing could be done.nnI would strongly recommend that staff are provided with correct training on sexing livebearing and caring for fish to avoid similar situations for other customers and to protect animal welfare.

Not great, I was charged full price for what was supposed to be 3 for 2 products. I sent my receipt to customer support but they said I would need to return to store to receive a refund. Not good considering I live 35 minutes drive from the store. I would surely spend as much in fuel as the refund. Not good customer service
