This is our go to store for food, toys and accessories for ours dogs. The staff are really friendly and always remember you. When we've brought our dogs into the store the dogs always get a warm welcome and the staff remember their names and always make a fuss over them.nGreat staff and great products.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Bit pricey. Lift available to access vet and groomer.nPlenty of parking although disabled spaces are at far end of car park rather than outside shops.

Staff are very friendly and patient with customers combined with fast scanning skills for the flow of sales. Wonderful place to get your pets needs and treats.

Just been into store and was serviced by a lovely girl called Juliette. She advised us on which food was best for our puppy's needs. She also set up an app for my husbands phone which gave us a discount. Excellent customer service

What a great place for taking your pets, every shop should let dogs in. Went there to get a harness for the puppy but she was in between sizes so guessed and bought one. She slipped out of it minutes later and ran across the carpark dodging between the cars. Shop was good with water outside and free doggy biscuits and plenty of bunnies fish and other things on display.
