In my opinion the vets are terrible went to get my dogs ears looked at lady looked in penny's ear said she could not see inside her ear but put her on tablets said she would be on them for a year then would have to go on weaker ones. Then I had to go for more tablets as they run out they had gone up from £1.80 to £15.80 I was told the tablets penny got the first time were for humans but on the bottle on the video it say for animal treatment only but you now had the animal ones now it seams to me it's all about the money
Amazing customer support with real care and attention. we had difficult issues with our elderly dog with barking, pacing, distress and so I was calling and had an appointment -everyone from the two vets I spoke with , to the two nurses and even the two different receptionists were all very helpful and we found solutions that helped. Mostly it was such thoughtful helpful reassuring support! Well done
Very competent staff, super friendly and helpful. Great displayed items.
I'm sure this place is great for cats and dogs, but for birds, budgies in particular, it was such a letdown. They have more space dedicated to fish stock than they do for birds.
The vets are second to none very pleased. The groom room on the other hand is a total disgrace please avoid.
Hurried into the store to buy bird seed, filters and fish food and as my hands were full I never realised that the fish food tub was empty untill I got home even the foil was removed,can't return to the shop till Tues as all stores are closed for the public holiday, so bloody annoying!! Returned to store Weds and they were kind enough to replace the food,thankyou pets at home.

Blue badge parking right in front of the shop. Friendly and helpful staff. The store is very well stocked, clean and tidy.
The spur of the moment decision to adopt this little guy from pets at home adoption area was one of the best descisions I have ever made. He was well handled as a baby and obviously treated well because he loves people. Such a character and has not bitten anyone as yet despite being held a lot. The staff were so helpful and informative about what I would need and how to get my hamster to settle in well. They were also careful to notify me about warning signs to look out for in case he gets ill. It's only been a month but I'm so grateful to the pets at home team for helping me choose and adopt my new friend
