Excellent customer service provided by Louise and her colleagues Rachel and  Jen.nLouise assisted us too in sorting the Pets at Home app on my husband and I phones as we are technophobe.nShe was very patient and understanding and a lot of fuss was given to our two dogs Ruby and Bryn by all three aforementioned staff.nHighly recommended shop and experience overall.nPS I hope Pets at Home management read this as I have tried to submit a review on we are all ears ref 82501225449 but cannot so unable to praise the staff that way.nHowever should you wish to contact me by my e mail or telephone to which I am registered I will provide a further review.nThank you
