I enjoy going to this shop, plenty of stock for dogs cats and for fish food, rabbit food and little critters alike. Clean and very efficient service and staff. Plenty of parking space right next to the shop, and flat for anyone that finds it difficult to walk.
One of the better branches in my opinion. The carpark is big enough for its size and free. The ship is adequately stocked and the staff are helpful and pleasant. The shop isn’t massive, so they do t have the same range as some of the bigger stores, but they’ve normally had what we want.
Wish they stocked more natural chews for dogs. Wish they would stop putting out leaflets about reptiles. But other than that is all good

Don't bother buying fish from here. Pets at home have always had a awful reputation for fish. And now I've experienced it too. I bought 6 corydoras and they all died 3-4 days later. But their policy is 24 hours. So nothing I can do about it. I have been keeping fish for 15 years. My water parameters are perfect. The issue is 100% with pets at home. All my other fish still alive and fine, including other corydoras easily identifiable by size as older Never had an issue with Brynmawr store, so thought cwmbran would be no issue either. Clearly not
Ellie lash is an absolute credit to the Cwmbran store. So friendly but super professional. Wonderful warm and welcoming smile.
Good pet store chain, plenty of choice, staff are friendly and helpful, discounts with members card.
Very good branch of the store. Always well stocked with plenty of choice. Staff always helpful and the groom room is wonderful. My dog is always pampered and comes out smelling divine he usually smells awful .
