Recently used the Vets here and it was fantastic. The vet was lovely and friendly. Explained everything very well. Thank you. Very impressed by the staff here. Had interactions with 4 different members of staff and each one was brilliant. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a Pets at Home store. Brilliant!!!!!
Went here to get some hamsters for the wee ones. Spoke to the lady who was very helpful and steered us in the direction of guinea pigs as being a bit more in line with our kids ages. Thought everything was reasonably priced, the staff were knowledgeable and we have three very happy children who like their new pets.
I may as well keep a sleeping bag in here, I'm in that often staff are so lovely and really knowledgeable!
I took my daughter for one of the care for you pet classes. The booking had been mixed up and they weren't expecting her but they made her feel welcome and put the class on regardless!
Took my little Border Terrier pup for check up all very professional & Covid19 precautions observed.
Staff lovely, gave us a lot of time and attention. I was looking to re-home a bunny and was allowed to sit with him for quite some time before the shop closed to see if we liked each other. The following day when we collected our new bunny Chip the staff were very attentive and helped us to the car will all our new pets bits and then back into the shop again when we realised we couldn't fit 2 kids, 2 adults, a rabbit and a cage in the car at the same time! Still coming in regularly and still rate all the staff!
Very poor staff attitude was disgraceful spoke to manager and he was more helpful, went to Coatbridge store and was pleasantly served very professional staff WILL NEVER VISIT CUMBERNAULD STORE AGAIN TO BE MOCKED BY STAFF WITH EXTREMELY BAD ATTITUDES! if i could mark a minus score that would be more appropriate
Just a normal pets at home, good service and friendly staff.
