Warm welcome from staff. They were always helpful. Rooms are in need of a little TLC. Sea view from the balcony is incredible. Best  I've seen. Food at breakfast was just okay. Staff work very hard to accommodate everyone. Had to chase up staff to refill cereal etc. Pool areas are spotless and very inviting. Overall would recommend. Children and dogs welcome.

Please think twice about using the Groom Room, Cumbernauld at Pets at Home.nnDespite reading negative reviews I decided to give them benefit of doubt and use them.nnOur Cocker Spaniel was left with numerous razor marks and he was nicked in a few places photos attached  On collecting Brodie the staff did not mention he had been nicked.nnI would not recommend taking your dog here and look for more responsible groomers in the local area.nnThe only redeeming factor when I discussed with the manager who agreed the groom was not up to standard and the nicking should have been made known to myself when collecting.  He also mentioned it was in a position of eye level chest so there was no excuse for not highlighting.nnThe store manager refunded the full amount of the groom.

Friendly staff helped me sort out a gift card issue and it had all the items I needed! No problems, would recommend.

- this is about the groom room - Completely shaved my 11month old Cockapoo then shaved half his face before frantically calling telling us they couldn’t finish and to come collect him. NEVER bring your dog here, staff are beyond inexperienced

Staff exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and good to your pets.  Took my dog with me who is one year old extremely hyper and they made such a fuss of her giving her cuddles and treats.. would definitely recommend
