Great shop but often low on stock so sometimes difficult to get what I need - I think they only get one delivery a week? I appreciate there is a stock checker on the website but sometimes you want to be able to just bring your pup along and grab what you need without checking every item beforehand. Staff are always pleasant and store is usually well kept.

Shop has got decent variety of pet supplies in stock. Even more stock available to order online for in shop collection. Friendly girls working on counter.

I shop in this store a lot you have a terrible ferret section but that’s not my issue, was in a few days ago and near the cat  and reptile section, you had guinea pigs in the smallest enclosure alone, barley 3 ft across, that’s so small and Guinea pigs like rabbits and ferrets are extremely sociable creatures and need company. I don’t really condone pet stores selling animals but if you do could you at least make sure they have the correct enclosures and interactions to thrive and be happy. This is upsetting not only for the poor animals but for people to see them in such a way. Please do better.

I had a great experience, there’s not much variety, most of the things you might find here you can easily find find elsewhere. But the tanks and enclosures where clean and well kept.

I would just like to say thank you to Summer, she was very helpful today, went over and above a normal customer experience.nnI will be coming back and I'll recommend you to all my friends.
