Don't get me wrong, the standard of products reflect the price somewhat, you can get quality products for a standard (not cheap) price and also a selection of cheaper own branded products and plenty of choice when it comes to types of pet you may have.... But I can't give any more than 2 stars due to the small animals kept in store for sale. I have personal experience with home bred rodents (rats, hamsters, gerbils etc) and also those that have come from pets at home and would advise never buying your pets like that from pets at home. They are not handled anywhere near enough and most of them don't gain trust for humans in the short lives they have. I'm not saying they're mistreated in any way, but I don't believe it's a kind and fair environment to keep them in when you're hoping for a nice little pet for your child or yourself. Home bred are much more docile and used to human contact. I'd like to think that in the near future, ways of selling pets like this might decrease. Other than the above issue, the staff are lovely, the vets is fantastic and I've been a customer for many years of both. If you want a pet, adopt don't shop.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, clean and well presented store. Dog friendly, they can actually shop with you. Plenty of room to get around in store.  Accessible and the staff will help you to your car with items purchased. 1st class experience.

This out of town pet and veterinary practice store has ample parking .The store stocks everything you need for your pet including pets themselves.There is also a dog grooming parlour there.

Good for all pet related issues, there is also a grooming section for your pets as well as an onsite Vet.

Harry our lab puppy loves. All the staff take time to make a fuss of Harry and say hello. Great range of products.
