I bring my Jack Russell in for a pamper every few months and I (and she), are always really, really happy. I recently bought a long haired pomapoo puppy and took her straight to see the girls for some advice. She came out shiny and fluffy and smelling gorgeous. She was very happy and the girls gave me some excellent grooming advice. I am going to take her every month until she is 6 months so she gets used to being groomed. I would highly recommend the girls and the services at the groom room (especially the blueberry facial for smelly, mud loving Jack Russell's 😁😁)

Great place, they've got a new bunny village,new vets there and the staff , very friendly and helpful everyone can't do
 enough for you would go again

Really dissapointed always shop here but today i spent nearly £300 in store i bought a large terrestrial vivarium for my bearded dragon costing £145 got the box home which was battered in itself opens the box and proceeded to take things out my partner noticed that this vivarium had already been used wood chipped off a panel sratches everywere screws and bolts missing and no assembly instructions. Im still in the process of gettin this sorted out but its not what i expected from a shop i go to every week.
