I personally absolutely love this pet shop. The owner is polite and extremely knowledgeable. She will help me with any questions or queries I ever have. She has also agreed to take in a bigger size of a product I buy and so allowing me to get what I need locally. I believe that the price's I pay to have the products I need on my doorstep, rather than going through say Amazon; are extremely fair for the product itself but also the convenience of it being here. Thanks as always and I am so grateful to have you here Pet Mania.
Probably my favourite shop, great products, the staff are very helpful and welcoming and love animals, over the years of popping in I've made some great friends and learnt lots. We have 2 dogs who love to go and visit and get spoilt with all the attention
Once found an excellent store for all pet requirements. The person who helped us to find the correct lead and collar for our Labrador. No problem too great.
This is virtually the only pet shop in town and it shows. They are disinterested in customers and whilst the range of goods is acceptable it is not that good. The shop is dingy and not terribly clean either.
Good variety of pets as well as the willingness to order things to suit
Our daughter has special needs and just likes to look at the pets which they are happy to let her do
Good small shop with good stock. Life stock for reptiles.
Very helpful and friendly service. Got just what I needed.
Shelves bare but managed to get what i wanted.
