Petite Terre

About

A bistro & wine bar in the heart of Fulham that specialises in wine, cheese and charcuterie.

Story

Throughout our years in the restaurant industry, we have been lucky to work with some of the finest independent producers of cured meats and cheese in Britain and across Europe. Our seasonal menus hand-pick the freshest ingredients, grown with passion and expertise, and sourced with a meticulous eye.

We offer boards piled high with mouthwatering cheese and charcuterie, as well as a simple, home cooked menu with a seasonal focus that changes each week, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The wine cellar at Petite Terre has been carefully selected from the smallest vineyards in France. We hope to have exclusivity with our wines in using small suppliers.

Met a friend for Sunday lunch yesterday with my 9 month old. Really enjoyed the easy atmosphere. We enjoyed some lovely Rose wine recommended by the owner and started with the mussels delicious and ordered the risotto also delicious. I noticed the plates of duck roast coming out and I will definitely be giving that a try next time. The staff were great as my 9 month old made a bit of mess but was told not to worry. Will definitely be going back with husband.
I really hate melted cheese... and I still loved this place. The ingredients used for the platters are of great quality, food is great, and desserts are to die for. And if you love cheese this is paradise. Atmosphere is nice, mixing the quaintness of the old pub with some east london vibes. Service was outstanding - accommodated without reservation, changes to dishes, etc. And good wine selection at fair prices. Worth the track.
I went with some friends, and as always, we had a lovely evening at Petite Terre. The guys that run the place are super friendly and they really know what are they doing. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. We have a few bottles of wine, all different, all grate, even the house one. And a few boards that taste as good as they look. If you enjoy wine and cured meat and cheese, you will love this place.
Went there for my birthday expecting some decent cheese and wine but this place far exceeded my expectations. The cheese was incredible, as was pretty much all the food. The service was so friendly, especially the lovely chef who chatted with us throughout as we had the table next to the chef's counter and even gave us a free cake and sang happy birthday! Would recommend the fondue, mixed platter and chocolate fondant.
This little French gem in Fulham is just amazing. From the incredible wine selection and food to the outstanding service you really can't go wrong with this place. Can't recommend enough! Much better than a lot of other high rated restaurants in the area.
Situated in a lovely location and for a building with such great decor the restaurant failed to meet expectations. A group of us went for a non-alcoholic brunch but unfortunately the coffee was poor, the brunch options were very basic and disappointing and finally the restaurant seemed understaffed as we waited 40 mins for some simple dishes. I hope this can be vastly improved by getting a proper Batista, better food selections and more staff as the venue has so much potential. A great brunch place that caters for large groups is what Parsons Green needs!
My wife and i have visited Petite Terre on numerous occasions. We have always had a lovely meal, very friendly service and fantastic wines. Love the decor and the platters. Would highly recommend!
Amazing french fromages and charcuterie. Friendly frenchies serving delicious specialities in a homey environment with lovingly hand picked furniture and decor. Had tasty frog legs and a sharing platter as a starter and the tartiflette difficult to find in London and steak as a main! Shame this is only a pop-up until May - the guys would thoroughly merit moving back in after the building refurbishment is complete.
I have never been so humiliated and disgusted by the service I received in this restaurant as I was on my visit there on Friday evening. I was accused of being a lier and given an unreasonable amount of attitude from the person who claimed to be in charge, all because I asked about the change in portions - making a passing inquisitive comment not even expecting a response. He was possibly the most arrogant individual I have ever encounted in a service environment, saying to my mother about me "it's not my fault your daughter is emotional" and when questioned about his attitude not being acceptable he states that being like this has made him successful so far so there was no need to change. Even other members of staff had to come and apologise on their managers behalf. The food is painfully slow to arrive - and doesn't even require cooking 3 times I've visited and not once have my olives ever made it to the table. I would not advise anyone visiting this place as it would support this unacceptable behaviour towards customers. There are many nicer places just around the corner - hally's, boma, eel Brooke, Megan's, Santa Maria, Jak's and more.
Good wine selection but only one beer on tap. As it's French I guess that's fair! Quite expensive even for Fulham, good service.
