I wanted to say how impressed I was at the way my wife was treated on Sunday morning after a fall. I was impressed at reception, with Emma at triage and finally with the excellent care and attention given by Kristina in treating the wound and applying the sutures to my wife's face and then going the extra mile in contacting a consultant at QAH with respect to possible head trauma due to an existing condition. Her compassion and sense of humour was really appreciated by us bothnThank you
Having been treated myself and family here, I have nothing but good things to say about the urgent treatment centre. Jeremy and Julie treated my son, being kind and compassionate, even getting a scared little boy to calm down and trust them. Each time I have been struck by the absolute professionalism and dedication of the staff. They are amazing heroes to people in need of medical care. I've never waited more than 45 mins to be treated. Thank you to the staff, you are providing such great care.
Had to attend UTC today, saw a great nurse first for a triage sorry didn’t catch her name was seen promptly after arriving. After a little wait was seen by Leanne who was amazing very kind and caring and really took the time to assess everything that was going on with my eye. Thank you to all that made my experience very pleasant!
Excellent facility with friendly staff. My daughter was seen by Jeremy, a paedriatic nurse, today. He has the most fantastic bedside manner and immediately put my daughter at ease. This guy deserves a medal for the work he does.
Excellent & efficient care for my 4 year old after he fell off his bike. Minimal waiting time and what I appreciated most - all the staff took their time to speak directly to my son, at his level of understanding, helping him to feel comfortable and safe in a scary situation. Thank you so much.
