Very fair to dad's fighting for custody when they shouldn't need to, however the admin team when you email are useless! Charged an extra £50 to look into THEIR mistakes then when chased months later to see how they were getting on, they confirmed they wasn't sure and that they hadn't been looking into it... so charged £50 for no reason... very money oriented and unfair on that part... sort it out !!!!!
Went to peterborough magristates Court on Friday 2nd of July 2021 as z witness waited in waiting area to be called through with my husband as time went by it was clear we had been forgotten about poor service not good enough had to wait for result later in the day wasting our time when we could have been doing something else
Horrible service. They book everybody at 9am and then people are w8ing 6-7 hours in worst scenario to be called in. From 1-2pm is lunch break. I came at 9am and waste whole day waiting on a chair. Same like few other people. In the end my case took 10 minutes...
