I cannot thank PBS enough for coming out yesterday in the freezing cold to repair my central heating system which went down. I have to thank Stuart and his colleague for their efficiency and the cleanliness of their work. They went the extra mile to get our heating up and running again. Fantastic for same day call out HIGHLY recommend Peterborough Boiler Services

True professionals, I run a large team of Master Locksmiths and we do our best to respond asap to crisis situations with value for money prices and advice. PBS sent an engineer to my mums house (70+ years old, living on her own) no heating (oil fired) no hot water (mega flow system) PBS attended and fixed both systems 2 days before any of the 'nationals' could manage - and neither of the 'nationals' offered any assurance of megaflow repairs. Proper service, value for money and total honesty - my mum asked about replacing the boiler and was told 'no need - it's good bit of kit'. You have a great team and a good business model - well done to all. Customers often give negative feedback as they don't understand the legal obligations, they just want it fixed and don't appreciate there are 14 million different combinations/parts to solve the problem, and lots of the jigsaw parts are no longer made.

Disconnected gas as unsafe, ok fine as should be, but then informed me bookings running 5 weeks away - when its currently hovering around zero outside - not great! Left in limbo with no heating or hot water!

Used them for installing a new bolier ... A terrible experience including very poor finishing of redundant pipework & electric wires, black marks on the wall, shower going cold, no hot water from the bathroom tap and the heating not working properly. Original work carried out on August 14th and now on December 6th had to call them out again as flue on outside wall came loose and was told it was not fitted properly in the first place by their original engineer. I would not recommend this company and advise not to use them.

Very bad experience. Engineer gave wrong quote for replacement part and bill was three times more. Then turned nasty and rude when I challenged him about it. Later told by different company that the replacement wasn't even necessary.
