We were invited here today by someone from head office to come in and change our car our appointment was for 2 o clock we arrived on time and waited for someone to approach us which they did twice after explaining we had a appointment they said she doesn't actually work here can I help and immediately said I will just look you up on the system never seen him again same again with the other salesman really good service guys I won't be back you think more of your phone's than customers please make sure you don't send anymore email or phone calls I've already phoned Arnold Clark and the difference in service is way above what you have offered and I will not be recommending your company as a little add on we asked for the manager to phone us for a explanation as to why this happened still waiting 48 hours later their loss as we are picking up a £17.000 Insignia from Arnold Clark they couldn't do enough and were shocked when we told them how we were treated 👇

5 stars given simply down to the salesman who was in only his second week with the company. A massive thanks to Jack Kinnear who was excellent with me and my two year old daughter. He’s a credit to Peter Vardy who let’s face it going by reviews haven’t been excelling in customer service.

the only reason it gets a star is the front desk staff are friendly and informative. My work van has been in there for 3 week's now, the mechanics seem like they struggle to do their job. I think they rely too much on diagnostic computers so when a problem arises that the diagnostic machine can't find instead of trying to fix the relevant issue they replace things that are not related. My van was coming up on the dash with a series of random errors and the reverse lights and alarm would come on randomly when you put the lights on. I'm not an auto electrician but I can't see why new drop links and wiper blades would help remedy that problem. The van passed it's mot the same week that I decided to take it here for solution to the above problem. after all they are Vauxhall specialists. the van is back in there in worse condition than it initially went in. I've no faith that they'll remedy this issue and I wouldn't consider their mechanics to be credible, trained professionals.

Great if your looking at buying a car, never had so many free coffee’s but that’s where the good service ends. Bought my car with an extended warranty and after a few months had passed and the rainy weather started I’d noticed both Driver and passenger foot wells were soaking wet. Phoned them up and they tried to charge me £108 per hour to work out where the leak was coming from, couldn’t afford risking how ever many hours that could potentially take so had to work out myself what was going wrong, after a bit of digging around I worked out that it was coming from my windscreen which had been replaced prior to me buying the car, the guys I called to replace the window showed me that 50% of the window hadn’t been glued in or bonded as they called it. Called peter Vardy to discuss this issue and was told “how do we know it wasn’t you that replaced to window” honestly I was fuming. Asked if they would take some responsibility and dry out my carpets, again blame placed directly on me. Honestly there’s plenty good car garages out there who give great after sales service, Peter Vardy fill you with coffee take your money and as soon as you drive that car out of the forecourt.... good luck. Please please please don’t make the same mistake as I’ve done, go somewhere else. They aren’t worth your money stress or time Total COWBOYS.

Booked a test drive online on Saturday, drove 96 miles on Sunday only to find someone else was out in the car, who had booked after me, then bought it. Very shabby behaviour by dealer. Reasonable to expect first refusal, surely. No offer of compensation, at least for fuel costs, I had to ask for it. Avoid!!!
