Lived here for a year and went for the first time tonight.. excellent pitta and the girls behind the counter are LOVELY! Look forward to going back!
Visited family in the area and took the kids for a walk for some grub. Stumbled across this place and the first thing that stood out was the friendly nature of the couple who ran it. Had a nice chat whilst they prepared our food, which was absolutely delicious. Fish was prepared while we waited and was incredibly fresh and tender. Melted in my mouth. Great service great food
Just ordered a combination of fish, sausage, saveloy and chips for 20 hungry Explorer Scouts. Called up to place the order and we arrived as agreed an hour later and it was freshly cooked and ready to go. Highly recommended. Many thanks !
Just had to throw away £25 worth of food, including some gluten free. Really disappointed. The pies were not warmed properly, the fish was not nice and the chips were hard and totally inedible. Shame, I have had decent food there in the past but won't be going back.
Where do I start, food had all hairs in it and the owner would not replace it, just took hair out, when I took it back, he swore, nice until you say something, all about the money 680 for a fish and 2.50 for chips that was greasy and hairs in it avoid please

Best fish and chips in Birmingham. Fish is always cooked fresh and outstanding customer service. Five star hygiene rated too!
Superb gluten free menu on a Monday night when we have visited. The Cod is really flaky and soft inside the light, crispy batter. Would recommend to anybody with a gluten intolerance who is missing a classic fish and chip meal. There are other things on the gluten free menu too. Definitely worth trying!

Fish and Chips is a staple part of the British menu and taking some pride in it is a must...Peters Pan is a diamond in the rough The fish was soft and tender, the batter light and fluffy and the chips were perfectly crispy and hot! Also has Gluten free options which is hard to find in this menu choice. Jimmy knows about his Fish & Chips Definately recommend
