I have bought many cars from Peter McGough over the years, and would have no hesitation in recommending them. As a family, we have found the wide selection of cars that are in stock to be well presented and very competitively priced. We have always been made to feel very welcome by the staff and have found the service that they offer to be second to none.
What car was this? When was it in the garage? What is Reg No? We have never received any complaint. Have you actually got the right garage? Spoke to the fitters never removed any roof rack on any car to replace clutch. Please give garage a ring ask for Peter to discuss review. If you have the wrong garage could you please remove your review.
I was interested in a car I had seen after driving past a few times, I popped in and stated my interest, the car was unlocked for me and they let me look at the car at my leisure. They then asked if I wanted to go out for a test drive of the car which I did. I liked the car and agreed to purchase the car, they made an offer for my car to part exchnge and the car was ready for me to pick up the following day. I have had the car for 2 years now and will be going back for another when I decide to change cars. I can't comment on aftersales care as of yet as i've had no problems.
Avoid this Garage, totally inept, they cant even replace a single plate clutch correctly!!! Left gearbox gasket off Transmission oil leaking !! Broke a wheel trim and also God knows why they had need to remove a roof rack? The manager never replied to my complaint!! Boycott and spread the word is the best form of action.... Iv HAD TO LEAVE 1 STAR SIMPLY TO GET A POSTING!! However ----10 stars would be more apt. BV55 FNK DURING 2011
I have purchased 5 cars of this company over the last 10 years and think there team is Excellent .. I think the staff are so helpful and friendly . And I always come away feeling happy with the standard of aftercare service they have given me .. I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase my cars in the future as they always do me a good deal .
Just bought a Focus from this garage. Andy and Maureen both very helpful. Best garage ive ever dealt with whilst buying a car. Wife loves her new car so even better!
