Overall the place is organised. The main problem is that people don't speak English and I wonder why. The instructions are in other language which makes it harder for me to understand as British. Also the breaks; if a supervisor comes and takes you from the line that you first started in the morning and put you in a different line, the breaks will differ. You have to adjust to the other position completely.nnHowever, most people are nice. The place is clean. The covid-19 rules are not followed completely wearing face-shields on top of the head.You speak up and nobody does anything. The supervisors have a lot of power, surprisingly. I didn't know that you were not allowed to talk a lot while packing but your supervisor is allowed to take pictures from the phone but it's much better that other places such as NWOS packing. There are no targets and no rush. I enjoy working there when I understand the supervisor and have breaks on time.
Loaded with a pump truck, was not many pallets.nThen pull out and drop the trailer then park up behind it so couldn't here the fridge running, for the night.nThank younAnn from AIM LOGISTICS LTD.
Joke of a place! Turn up early to load and leave very late! 3 hours for 10 pallets. Poor management. Try avoid loading there of you can.
