If I could give zero I would. Telephoned on a Saturday to be told that someone would contact me on the following Wednesday if not sooner, no one contacted me by mobile or text, Thursday came no one called again so found another plumber who came round the next day & fixed our shower. I received a phone call on Friday afternoon from them & told them that someone has already resolved our shower problem whereupon I was rudely spoken too & phone was slammed down on me, 5 minutes later I telephoned back & told them exactly what I thought of them.
