Lovely company to deal with. I've had bad experiences with estate agents but Garry, Sandra and Jen are all really genuine people. I bought a property through them and they made the process on their end super easy and very accommodating. Would recommend, and if I need to use an agent in the future I'll be choosing them.
Lovely people in Hebden Bridge office who actually know what they are doing unlike a lot of the other local agents. Most importantly they do it at a fair price. Selling or buying can be an anxious time but they go the extra mile to get the job done without too much stress. They are knowledgeable about their properties and about how to present it. From the very start, Garry and Sandra were honest, helpful and very knowledgeable. Garry and Sandra go the extra mile to accomodate viewings for both vendors and prospective purchasers. They also follow the conveyancing progress with solicitors through to completion, rather than just handing over to them. They are very friendly and approachable.
The staff at the hebden bridge branch were so helpful. They did things not strictly their responsibility. They also sold my house quickly.
