Nothing but praise for this wonderful jewellers! I have been very pleased with a few bits of jewellery restored and altered by them, but also recently, had a pretty little ring made by them, with diamonds and gold twists. We had a few teething problems, but Donna made sure all was good and the ring is absolutely stunning .... soooo pleased!
I had my ring resized last week by this jewellers and they were fab! It was very quick to be completed under a week and the service and quality of resizing was perfect! The ring came back immaculate and they managed to resize it without cutting it at all and now my wife is happy that it stays on my finger where it should be thank you Peter Casey for exceptional service and I will definitely be using your store in the future for any of my jewellery needs!
Such good service, I wanted to get my mum a new cross necklace for Christmas. I asked them due to Covid if they could take some pictures of someone wearing them so I could judge the sizes Donna was more than happy to help and I popped in quickly to purchase it. Couldn’t recommend them more.
Superb service. The only jewellers in the area that were willing to work late to adjust my ring 2 days before my wedding - it now fits perfectly! And all for a very reasonable price
The quality of a big city high st jewellers in Wantage. The standard and quality of the jewellery at this store is amazing. We loved most of the rings that were on display in the window as everything was perfectly placed, high quality and reasonably priced. We chose 2 wedding rings that kept us below our £3000 budget and they were fantastic. Donna was amazing and very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and passionate about her products. Donna even refurbished our engagement ring to its former glory without charging any extra. Amazing first class service, amazing value, and a jewellers that looks and feels like it belongs in the heart of any big city but luckily for us, has the heart to stay and serve the local people of Wantage and Oxfordshire. Very rude owner which got all upset when asked for a coral stone. First of all, for your information coral trade is not illegal as you made it appear, in fact it is just regulated by CITES. Second, I honestly don't see the reason to be rude, unless you were maybe involved in some illegal import operation? Luckily, there is a much better alternative not far from here, which I highly recommend.
I came here after losing a stone from my engagement ring! I was getting married in two weeks time. The service was great they fixed the ring and got it back to me as soon as it was ready. The ring also came back nice and clean it was lovely. 10/10 would recommend in an emergency.
My wife and I love this place! I found it by chance when I was looking to have a family ring remodelled to give to my then girlfriend as I popped the question. Donna was fantastic, we talked through the designs, looked at options and decided. She was also fantastic when we decided to change our mind on the design. Steve did the work, and he took photos of the remodelling process which was fascinating! The end result was stunning, and they were very happy when we asked for some further minor alterations to make the ring look a little closer to the original. They were so friendly, both in person and on the phone. We since bought our wedding rings here as well as we were so impressed. Steve made a point of asking my fiancée to come in once the rings had arrived to make sure it matched the engagement ring. They spent time making small adjustments and comparing the rings so that it was perfect. Once happy the same adjustments were made to my ring, again to make them match as best as possible. Thank you so much, we will certainly be coming to you again!
Amazing and friendly service. Various family members have used this jewellers. They made my fiancé's ring to such high standards and altered my mums ring ready for me to use as my wedding ring. They made my dream come true. Thank you!!!
Stephen has done an amazing job creating a heart pendant from my late husband's wedding ring. I was apprehensive collecting it in case it didn't live up to my expectations but what Stephen has achieved has far exceeded them.
