On time, excellent knowledgeable service. Very nice chap.
Pete and his team have looked after our boiler for a few years now, and have been fantastic. He went out of his way to help when we were without heating & hot water recently, would recommend him.
Excellent service came out at 10pm when called thank you.
I must admit I'm really surprised about all the positive feedback on the internet which has prompted me to write this. My experience was anything but. I was over charged too! Needless to say I would never recommend this outfit and will never use them again. I have given one star as the short comings were eventually rectified although the whole episode was very uncomfortable.
Having discussed and agreed a price for works to be done, extremely disappointed that the last call we made at least 8 days ago resulted in a "I'm with a customer and will call you back" - still no call back!
