I sent a Pinterest board with bouquets I liked and Petals completely understood the assignment. They created a stunning, colourful bouquet that was even better than anything I’d imagined and delivered it too. Would definitely recommend!
I recently bought flowers from petals as a wee gift for my girlfriend, had never bought flowers from them before but they were so professional from the get go helping me create a special bouquet for my girlfriend which she was absolutely stunned by and absolutely adored. Would definitely use petals in future the staff were super nice and very good at what they do. 5 star.
What can I say about this florist? Nikki and her team are just amazing. They did so well for our wedding a few weeks ago. When I first got in contact with them, we arranged a meeting and discussed plans and ideas. Nikki was so patient and reassured me of the time scale we had I panic a lot . The fact the flowers were artificial helped a lot, especially as I had someone in the wedding party a bit allergic to real flowers and also I could keep them forever. Would highly recommend any future wedding planners to see them about your flower needs. The mums also loved their bouquets too. Thank you thank you thank you!!! Ps. Can we get google to make the 5 stars 12?
Petals did my wedding flowers and they were absolutely beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble I lost count of the amount of emails I sent the shop about changes I wanted to make! and the team are all really helpful. I would highly recommend Petals. My flowers absolutely surpassed my expectations.

Beautiful bouquet made up on the spot. They also have artificial flowers which are very realistic. If you want something a little special try here.
Was in dire need of some flowers at late notice earlier this week and was helped by Nikki, and was on the receiving end of the best customer service I've had in all my life. She was friendly and warm as well as incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, listening to what I needed and offering great advice. The flowers themselves were incredibly beautiful and well arranged, I will certainly be back!
Wonderful service from Nikki and her team. I had only one meeting with them to discuss flowers for my wedding and it was delivered exactly as I wanted it. Communication was quick and easy by email and the flowers were simply BEAUTIFUL! Totally recommend it!
Have bought from this florist a few times and have loved every bouquet - have always been really gorgeous and well arranged. Ordered for Mothers Day and I assume they took my order when they were too busy, because I arrived and the £40 bouquet had maybe 7 flowers? I didn’t want to take it because it just wasn’t worth £40 whatsoever, so took another bouquet that had been ordered and cancelled but they charged an extra £50!!! The other bouquet was sunflowers and gorgeous so absolutely worth more - but overall not elated.
I've ordered some flowers for funerals from France. It has been difficult for the payment but the team were very understandable and patient with me. Flowers can be sent to my friend in time ! Thx a lot for everything, you're wonderful people !!!
