Paws En Route commitment and passion towards pet care and transportation is outstanding. Paws En Route worked closely with me in helping me relocating my pet from Toronto, Canada to Dubai, UAE. My agents Alexandra and Mona worked extremely hard to complete the process of legal documentation and custom crate needed for my pet. Alexandra literally worked day and night in helping booking air tickets for my pet, CFIA appointment, and export permits. Alexandra guided me through every document ensuring all the documents match. Alexandra was available via email and phone 24/7. She even worked with me till 1 AM to ensure that my pet travels safe and sound. She has allowed me to call her as early as 7 am to help me. Alexandra truly went above and beyond for my pet and consider him as a family member. Alexandra went back and forth with my me and pet transportation agency in Dubai to assure all paper work was completed. Unfortunately due to the circumstances with airlines, my pet couldn’t travel the day off. However, even under stressful circumstances, Paws En Route took such great care of my pet. . They provided overnight kennel with transportation and drop off to the cargo the next day. Alexandra was so kind that she personally made sure that my pet gets loaded onto the aircraft without any issues. Paws En Eoute provided my pet with a transportation driver, Dean. Dean and Bruce became best buds within couple minutes. My pet was the happiest pet ever. I have never seen him as happy and loving towards people as he was with Paws En Route. Paws En Route has truly changed my perspective on pet travel. Their dedication and commitment to paw parents and their paws kids is remarkable. I would definitely recommend Paws En Route for any paw parents thinking to relocate their pets.
Paws en Route helped me relocate my pup Moana from Toronto to Brisbane - Shaaron was a great advocate for us at many points of the journey. Moving a pet to Australia is extremely complicated and taxing. My experience was particularly riddled with things that went wrong not on Paws en Route end and I don’t know what I would have done if I was going through it alone. I definitely recommend Paws to any pet parents out there. The only advice I have is if you’re naturally anxious like me and choose to go with them, trust the process - they are constantly working hard on many things in the background that are not client facing so your beloved pet can get to you. Relocating your pet can cause a lot of stress and anxiety. It is not an easy process. However, Alexandra Tegovski helped me deal with the anxiety and stress by always answering my inquiries in detail. She made sure my labrador “Gretchen” would travel from Winnipeg, Canada to San Jose, Costa Rica in a safe and prompt way. She is always there for the customer providing clear instructions and making sure both owner and pet can trust the agency. I would use them again if necessary. Thank you Alexandra and Team!

I would like to express my endless gratitude to the Paws en route team for their help. And especially to Mona. She is my personal Super Hero! The situation was extremely emergency. A wonderful cat-boy Zeus was not allowed to board the plane due to problems with the documents. His owners flew to Europe without him, and I had to take Zeus home right from the airport. He was terrified. He didn't eat or drink and sat under the wardrobe. In addition, I am not allowed to keep pets at home under the rental agreement. So it was urgent to send him to his owners. Mona immediately got involved in the process. We were in touch from morning to evening for a week. She helped me gather the necessary documents and equipment for transportation. We did not hesitate because the poor cat was very stressed, as was his owners and I We settled all the issues as quickly as possible. And yes, it was rather expensive, but it was worth it! With all the stress we faced while relocating from Lebanon to Canada, we were so grateful that we chose worldwide Animal Travel for the transport of our Blanca from Montreal to Saskatoon. Pascal and Liubov are amazing people, who supported us with their prompt answers, clarification of any doubt, and their truthful concerns in order to assure a safety transport of Blanca. We transported our boy Theo from Toronto to Mumbai! He didn’t have any discomfort and the team did the great job in guiding us and making arrangements! Though the cost was exorbitant- I would say if you want your paw kid travel safe choose pawsenroute. In our case Theo was supposed to fly along with us to India by Qatar airways we did every formality by consulting with them! At the day before our travel they cancelled Theo’s trip. So we were left blindfolded and devasted that time our friends stepped in to help us by fostering him and we found pawsenroute by google! We moved to India on the already fixed date and we left Theo with our friend! The pawsenroute team coordinated excellently with us in a totally different time zone and with our friend! After Theo was picked up for flight from our friend’s place , we were informed that Theo was in the safest hands! The moment he landed in India exactly 10 days after we moved to India, though Theo was tired of the long journey he was healthy and we felt good after months! Now it’s almost 35 days since Theo is in India, he is sound and healthy. Thank you team
