I live locally ans go in often. The parking isn't great but it is manageable, the staff always greet me and my dog Lola with great enthusiasm and she always gets a yummy treat. They have helped me no end with putting together her harness and adding bits I have bought, they have helped me choose coats for my dog and even helped me with different food brands. They never up-sell it is always on your terms and they are so helpful! The price is reasonable too! They help you to the car with heavy items and have an in-house school for dogs! I have heard great things about the woman who does it too!

Always a warm welcome (especially when I take my four-legged forever friend) and lots of help and valuable advice if required. A wide range of products for feeding and caring for a pet. I feel valued when I shop here and wholeheartedly would recommend it to anyone.

Best pet shop around. Staff are amazing, very knowledgeable about their products and will always go out of their way to help. And plus there is always a doggie or two to say hi to!
