We took Wilma to everything but the dog for the first time as her usual groomer has left where we used to take her. We are over the moon with the care and groom they did, as Bedlington Terriers have a very specific cut style and they got her cut spot on. Highly recommend

Brought my 6 month old pup in for his first session of the 'puppy package' the staff were very friendly and I was amazed how calm he looked stood proudly on the table when collecting him I am sure he's looking forward to his second trip :
This is a treasure of a shop. It’s so friendly and the service is excellent. There’s a great range of products. The owner is really helpful - she exchanged a coat for me, even though I didn’t have the receipt, and even gave me a higher spec coat in exchange. Florence feels and looks very smart in her new coat!
Visited this lovely store today, the store owner was so kind and helpful in sorting out a coat for our cold spaniel. Nothing seemed to be any trouble walked away with a perfect purchase and next time we are in the town of Beverley we will be back in. We also noticed the store had plenty of lovely and beautiful things for our four paw friends. Thank you one again and here is our dog wearing the purchase.
My mum and dad had their beloved dog Dexter photographed in the town centre by ‘Everything but the dog’ for their competition that they were running. Unfortunately the following week Dexter passed away due to old age, and this was the last photo of him looking well. I contacted the page to ask if I could get a copy for my parents. The staff went above and beyond, and displayed outstanding kindness and sensitively in the matter. The team had a large picture edited, printed and framed which they gifted to me for my parents. Unbelievable kindness for someone they briefly met when taking a picture. My parents will forever be grateful for your generosity, as am I.
What an amazing place Took my border Terrier Hamish for his first hand stripping, they were highly recommended from a previous border owner. I was so nervous awaiting the outcome, when I saw Hamish, I think I threw myself on the ground, he looked amazing . I highly recommend this place and will not be taking Hamish anywhere else. X
Our Border Terrier Nancy came to the Spa yesterday to be hand stripped. My partner Simon had been a little worried as Borders need to be stripped not clipped! Thankfully there were no concerns and Nancy looked amazing. The staff were very friendly and professional and reassured me throughout! We will definitely be bringing Nancy back again to the Spa.
Wonderful job on both of our Airedale’s. Clipped with great care and skill. Very impressed.
