Excellent service and pricing. Have used a lot in respect of medications. 3 days before Christmas realised my Labrador’s veterinary food unavailable on high st was running out and called to order knowing it would be unlikely to arrive before Christmas. Very helpful on phone and told unlikely but would do their best to get to me asap. Delighted when arrived the next day and £4 cheaper than all competitors. One very relieved and happy customer, highly recommended.
Brilliant prices great products and offers ,bought a years supply of drontal and front line on offer and had a voucher code this is very effective for my two cocker spaniels who are 10 & 8 never had any problems, quick delivery.
This is a fantastic service. So easy to use and my dog's medication is a fraction of the price of the vets. My vet sends an electronic copy of my prescription and I just attach it to my order. There is a confirmation email sent very quickly back. Highly recommended.

I would certainly recommend Pet Drugs Online as their service is First Class. I buy my Dog's prescription drugs from them and the process is very simple. My vet emails me a prescription I copy the prescription into the online order form and make payment, so simple. My order always arrives promptly and is well packaged. I have used Pet Drugs Online many times and find the whole process of uploading my prescription and ordering very easy and straightforward. In my experience orders are quickly despatched. I find that they have the most competitive prices too.
I would recommend this company to anyone needing anything to do with pets. The delivery was always on time apart from when they were having problems getting the food and was kept up with the tracking of it. After sales service is very good too.
Ordering has always been simple and if by chance I have had a problem then I have phoned and it's been sorted straight away. My last purchase of manuka honey was brilliant, sorted my girls problem very quickly. Saying this I have to ask that I don't get anymore emails from pet drugs, as I lost my darling Lulu recently. but I would like to thank you for supplying her with great products and service x
I found the ordering process very easy. Finding the drugs I wanted to match prescription was also problem free. Prices, even with vet's prescription charge, was so much cheaper, saving me around 50% I think. Delivery in a couple of days.
Unfortunately I have to say their customer support is horrible. I've placed an order for some insulin on the 8/12 and today 14/12 I'm still waiting for the delivery. Knowing there could be delays I've ordered 7 days before I actually needed the insulin, but on their website they had no warning about delays or anything, they advertised next day delivery, and now they're telling me they froze the order because they can't guarantee they deliver. They offered to refund the order, but that would mean having to spend way more as I'd need to get the insulin from a vet which is a rip off or from a competitor for a decent price that would not arrive on time. If I want to get the insulin delivered and it spolis, they're told me it's on me and they won't refund me. I can't collect the insulin myself and they can't use another delivery company. Very well done.
