Totally professional service, every pet is treated with dignity and compassion. I have had 5 animals cremated with this company over 25yrs. Each time they have been more than helpful and always shown exceptional compassion at what is an incredibly sad time.
I've used elysian fieldsPCS four times now,more recently with my families big girl Luna,and everytime our beloved dogs have been treated with the upmost respect and the help and comfort shown towards my family has been unbelievable,everytime no matter our circumstance the team have got us through those hard times.Even right upto the collection of our furbabies so dignified,thoughtful and the best goodbye service any owner could ask for,thier family after all,thank you once again to all the personnel involved each time,without your help those times wouldn't have been so comforting!
Thankyou so much to Jane for going above and beyond today. Making the passing of my big boy that little bit easier. Treated with respect and compassion since arriving and also on collection a few hours later for my big handsome Cloud.
Had my cat cremation here such lovely kind staff was there with my fur baby until the end and took good care the box she came home in is absolutely beautiful and there was a lovely card/certificate inside I am so grateful thank you again

Sadly iv had to use there service on 2 occasions and both have been professional and with great respect by the staff. Not a great experience to have to go thro but they were very helpful and done there best to make it as easy as possible.
My little fur baby was cremated here today. The girl who met us in reception was very nice and led us to the memorial room. She said we could take as long as we needed with out little one. The room itself is nice and the book of condolences was available to make tribute. On collection of the ashes the same girl presented us with a lovely little box containing the scatter pouch. Overall we are happy with the service we received. Thanks.
My beloved boy was cremated at PCS Irvine 3 wks ago . My son and I wanted to say goodbye to him . Maxine The lovely receptionist explained the family room was closed however she offered us to come to the crematorium and we could be there at the end of his journey.She arranged for us to be there at the time of his cremation we knew the rules and were prepared to stay in car park . She was really kind and helpful. She called to tell us Khan was ready for collection . She presented him in a lovely box with wee flowers. Unfortunately the same can not be said about her manager Karen . She was very rude and unwelcoming . She abruptly told us we were the first visitors since March. She did not wear a mask, but was telling us about social distancing . She was very rude and showed no compassion. I would never recommend Irvine. Choose another crematorium with staff who show compassion to you and your beloved pet at a time when it’s the least you deserve .
I had my dog cremated here and the box I got him back in was beautiful with a lovely flowers and certificate inside. I took my boy myself and the guy who was doing the cremation was very nice and the younger she sounded younger lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely and made me feel at ease and couldn't do about to help me, the reason I have took a star off is because I had phoned another twice and spoke to another woman who's mannerism was quite brash and made what was a very difficult and upsetting time for me even harder. I would recommend here to people but would suggest maybe she could take customer service tips from the other woman.
Last week my sister lost her dog through sickness. A very traumatic time indeed. Thankfully, we discovered PCS and their support, caring and kindness as well as their professionalism and efficiency, ensured that my sisters pain and anxiety were minimilised. This has gone such a long way to help my sister cope with her sad loss. I cannot recommend PCS enough. Special thanks to Maxine for initial help and advice and to Lesley for being wonderful.
