Laura is an absolute star, we have trusted Laura for over 10 years to look after our Labradors, they absolutely love Laura, they go mad when she arrives to pick them up for their long woodland walks. Whilst I give Laura 5 stars for the service she provides to us dog walking, daily dog minding, and longer term boarding but the real rating she receives is that every day we have two very happy and tired dogs.
We use Pet Connect for doggy day care a couple of days per week. Our dog has always been very well looked after, loves visiting and comes back very sleepy. We've used a few places for day care but none compare to Pet Connect. Very friendly, clearly love and really understand how to care for dogs. I could not fault any part of the care and service. Would recommend.
Was promised a refund from Laura who is the so called business owner of ‘pet connect’. Was told excuse after excuse that she couldn’t send the promised refund back to be told it’s only ‘£30’. Absolutely disgusting customer service & so very unprofessional. Still not had a refund and she has blocked my number. Will not be using you again! Beware!!!
