Made a booking 8 hours in advance over the phone. Didn’t turn up on time so phoned to see what was happening. The person on the phone claimed to not have a booking for the time and tried to imply I’d mistakenly phoned another company call history says otherwise. Definitely not worth putting any faith in if you’re working on a tight schedule.
Thank you. We have a hard day today that need a taxi took uswith dog to vet and we know it may not be accepted even it's emergency. The person just helped us to find a taxi straight away and the driver is very helpful during the trip. Just wanna show how I am appreciate your help.
Couldn't get an answer at all, even though it was a reasonable hour of the day. Edit: Would've updated my Review if I had just received the explanation of there being a problem with the phone lines, without the rude retort but now after reading many of the other Reviews, realise that this Company has a long history of rudeness to customers, unless it is more lucrative to their own self interests, therefore they have nobody but themselves to blame if their Ratings, which are obviously so important to them, go down.
Unable to get a taxi from Perth Train station at 9 am in the morning. Don't normally do this in fact it's the first time I have edited a review. The review I initially left was factual and I gave two stars which was generous as I didn't actually get a service, thats fine I managed to get to my destinationanother way. It was neither a compliment or meant to be negative, just fact. The owners response blew me away! Opening with " Not surprised..." then he asks me to question the railway station and Perth Council WOW ! The rest of his answer to me was nothing I didn't already know. Looking through the rest of this companies interactions with customers, I would strongly suggest they get someone else in the team to correspond with customers. I am sure they are a good business at heart and serve Perth and the surrounding areas well but the PR side is sadly let down. Hope that helps and I wish them all the best in challenging times for all businesses.
Booked a taxi to go out to, and return from, a meal with this company on New Year’s Day. Both taxis arrived on time and both drivers were a pleasure to talk with. Would highly recommend.

The guy who mans the phone is rude and arrogant. Sorry you are using a system from the 1970s so don’t have real-time management of your messages. It’s fine though, another company we’re able to accommodate us on a Saturday night even though you rather sarcastically told me I shouldn’t expect so get a taxi for well over an hour
Rubbish. Didn't call when arrived. We even kept an eye out for them as booked ahead of time. When I called to enquire I was asked about my attitude.... Was further gaslighted by telephone operator when second car didn't show and repeatedly hung up on. Don't use unless desperate. Scrolling down the previous reviews I feel better knowing that I am not the only one with complaints - Shows that there are patterns to this service
I am now told I can't pre book, 48 hours ahead or more, services, in the early morning or afternoons, incase it impacts on school leaving times. I find this very strange, as the whole point of pre booking is to ensure using your company and your business getting the fare. So how this causes issues I do not know. Bar trying to get higher or bigger fares the thinking behind that is lost on me. I was given another number to call which did not pick up. I was also told no one else does pre bookings at these times! Needless to say I will be calling other businesses first from now on. Only in dire straights will I use this firm again. All another firms still take pre booking. I called to check, and also booked services I needed ahead of time. The main pages for this company do not allow reviews, so I will just plaster this review on my Facebook.
Booked airport transfer previous day, requested card payment for business purposes. Taxi was 15 minutes late and I was informed by the driver I could not pay by card. Had to perform a bank transfer while in the taxi which was inconvenient.
