Was told it’d be half an hour for a taxi. I honestly waited about an hour for it to come. Thoroughly disappointing in the service, I even called and received no helpful info over the phone.

Manager of this taxi company is 1st class prat they have contracts for the special needs kids he's so rude on the phone when you ring just to say your child be few min late. They change the waiting time from 5 min to 2 min but least I have the curtesy to ring unlike them when they can be 20 min late and we get no curtesy of a call and your child waiting outside in the freezing cold wonder if any other parent has issues i intend to find out don't even know why they continuously give the contracts to this company half the drivers have faces like smacked arses and miserable as sin and if the hour journey to school isn't bad enough I for one for every late time i will be now reported to local authorities I wish now I had reported when one driver even run the car into a ditch because he was running late these kids are autistic not stupid

True legends. Thank you very much for your service. Gentelman who gave me a lift was more a mate than  typical "taxi driver". I am more than happy to highly recommend them and to use their services in future.

Good service.  We had a complicated week of different people going in different directions at different times, and the drivers managed everything really well.  Taxis were always waiting at the time and place designated.  Drivers friendly and neat.  Thanks for the help

Just been approached by one of their drivers whilst sat in the loading bay at Tesco. He actually stopped his taxi over both sides of the road to get out and shake his head at me whilst sitting in the passenger side of the car. Felt very threatened and certainly will not use or recommend them to anyone!
