Orthodontist is nice and professional. Receptionists are extremely rude and belittling even when asked simple questions. Get rid of the receptionist! Made an uncomfortable experience even more distressing.
Fantastic service, friendly staff. Always met with a smile from the receptionist right through to the surgery.

Covid rules meant a frustrating wait outside and not inside with my children - then I could then go into the surgery - then wait outside again as they cleaned between siblings - then outside again - then inside to make the next appointment....

Absolutely horrible reception staff, never going to use these people, and if you want to avoid terrible experience do not phone these people.
Absolutely brilliant !!!! Staff are amazing and always there to help .. outcome ... amazing street teeth .. highly recommend!!!
