Not long ago there were stories in the press that were not that flattering. We now have a facility to be proud of and an award winning team. Friendly staff. Easy parking . And a pleasant Chapel..
Perth crematorium is set in beautiful grounds and the staff I had any contact with were all nice enough.nThe reason I give only 2 stars is because of the woefully inadequate and outdated sound system.nWe spent a lot of time putting together the music for our mum's funeral after her death last year. I had to drive all the way to Perth from Glasgow a few days before the funeral, to drop off a memory stick with the music, because the crematorium staff couldn't take a digital file from an email.nSo 2 hours there and back, only to find that on the actual day the crematorium equipment couldn't open 3 of the 4 pieces of music. Really???nWe live in the Digital Age, c'mon Perth council, update the equipment at the crematorium to a 21st Century standard.
Unfortunately I have been at the crematorium on a number of occasions recently and have had great difficulty in hearing the services. The audio system is very poor.
Love going there to visit my mum and dad as it's nice and peace full.
Attended several services here. Staff were excellent during difficult times.
